Making fun of girls/women. It's EXACTLY the sort of safe catty thing pre-teen boys do when they have no control over those "feelings" they're experiencing for the first time "down there."
-FJ probably giggles to himself as he posts these digitally manipulated images of Michelle Obama. It apparently makes things "down there" feel tingley.
A scene from Act III of Hamlet gives us a nice perspective on politicians and the the impact of things they say:
“There’s letters sealed, and my two schoolfellows, Whom I will trust as I will adders fanged, They bear the mandate. They must sweep my way And marshal me to knavery. Let it work, for ‘tis the sport to have the engineer Hoist with his own petard.”
To update that quote from medieval Elsinore a bit for today’s Washington . . .
There are statements recorded, and I trust politicians as I would rattlesnakes in the bushes. They have their marching orders from big donors. They try to bullshit us and destroy our culture for their own enrichment.
Yes. It's an appeal to people's transphobia. Gullible morons (a huge voting block on both sides, though more so on the Right) will believe she was born a male named "Michael" and not want to vote for her for that reason.
Michelle Obama's first name was never "Michael" or "Mike". Michelle Obama was born female.
But... Michelle Obama will NOT run for president. Not this year (replacing Biden) or any year.

None of the images were manipulated. The only thing derogatory in this post is the "Big Mike" reference inferring that she was originally a man.
I actually think that in Barrack's absence, she'd make a pretty good President.
ps - the Big Mike meme is a 4-Chan strategy. We'll soon see if it works.
There has never been a woman president, after all. The Big Mike campaign is meant to offset any "feminist' arguments in her favour.
It's called "PRE-bunking". :)
...and the harness the Mooch is wearing... isn't photoshop.
Thinking "Down there" is such a patriarchical way of thinking.
See why the Big Mike campaign might work?
It would be patriarchically "sexist" to vote for the Mooch just because she's a chic.
